I just keep it as a journal really. A diary of my daily doings ;) People can follow you and see updates though I think.
It's pretty neat though, you can follow people.. etc.. just like Twitter ^_^ Easy to build your network too..
and it doesn't have to be just about your life.. you can share images, etc, even post from your mobile :P
