I've been doing weights for a while and have checked out all the advice so I think what I am doing is right and I am well versed on the body.
Good guide - I've been doing curls for my arms but at a medium weight (pretty easy to lift) and doing 15 reps x 3 with one minute rest. How long shoukd I give my body to recover? I've been told it's usually 1-2 days since I'm only training the one muscle group not doing my entire body over the week - since working out one muscle group tends to effect other groups too. I've been eating well and usually taking in around 50-80g of protein each day. One thing that I'm not 100% sure on is that bacon, being a lean and less fatty meat now and also packed with protein is a meal I can have often. Like for breakfast I always have a bacon sandwich now because that smell in the morning is yum.
But basically for size - in my arms I would love to know whether I should just do the heaviest or at least something I struggle with alot at low reps? I'm sure that was the musle bulking exercise :P
And since I would love to start full body work outs do you know any good plans? Thanks!
Ive been cheerleading for around 2 months now and use this kind of technique, i do around 50 weights on each arm a night for 2 days then rest for a week and do it again.
MY WEIGHTS ARE 3KG so not that hard to lift
Ty, so much. btw, do you have to eat at regular intervals or just eat when ever.
id say 6-8 small meals a day. probably every 2 hours
