How would we transfer though?

We'd transfer through BH but seeing as your combat is low, this would suck I'd wait until your atleast 80+ lol

You could also help me out by loaning me something very good for almost free, then I would have a better chance of killing you.

You can't bring loaned items into Bh, i don't think.
