Not at all, people would start using games as 'free rentals', some games can be completed within days and that's that, no one would make any money. For obvious reasons they can't be re-sealed.

Gamestation give you 10 days, to get a FULL refund in the form of a credit note; provided you supply proof of purchase.
if you cant what i sometimes do is make a scratch and say its a faulty game. they sometimes refund you or a replacement game so u gotta try and get refund
