Yeah I got one last night, have the domain. Not sure if it charged me, will check my bill later on orange.
Fallen? It's a pre-caution to verify you're human, any product you order with OVH requires you to verify via SMS, if you're already registered it makes you enter a captcha code. I have a dedicated server with their sister company which I have to manage from the OVH website.

AFAIK .co.uk's need to be registered for a minimum of two years. Meaning you get the first year free and then you pay for the second.
I believe this is the way they are doing it, of course if your details are fake they don't have much of a way of catching you - Real details normally results in a "Pay or the bailiffs are coming" - I got one of those letters from 1&1 a while back...
Apparently after the year they take the 6pound off your phone...
