Wow, great high street. Btw, some CEX stores don't give cash now.
my cex to gamestation is less than 1 minute walk so it would be pretty pointless :P
My CEX is in my highstreet and I'm 5 minutes away, but my nearest gamestation is in Croydon which is further than 5 miles away :(
my cex is opposite gamestation and to the left 2/3 stores so it dont matter but yeaa thats good :)
Are you sure they're price matching? Like 100% sure?
For a 30k investment in the cEx company franchising you can be arning up to £70,000 a year from owning a cEx store, i looked at their franchising overview lol
They are a hugely established business in Derby there's one on the west side of the westfield centre, and then one on the east lol xD!
Heres an idea : you could change the price of a game to like £35 instead of £28 and print it off then see if they accept ;)
What about this.
Fable II in gamestation, £20.
Buy like 4 copies, trade them all in. £20 profit cash, £40 profit trade.
So tomorrow, I'm getting two copies of Fable II. Trade one in in CeX, £25 cash. Trade one in in Gamestation for £25 cash or £30 trade :)
CEX works because people see the Trade in prices and Trade them in for store credit but the games themselves are often higher than RRP even so you end up using all of your store credit on one game. Basically they give good trade in prices for store credit because the stuff in there is so expensive.
