3. Riche, most probably u never use ebay or Yahoo! Auction before. There is no guaranteed the winner will get. It is about building reputation... U received good feedback probably from other users when you done a good transaction. Trading is arranged on appointment and will be done in the habbo hotel

I think its a great idea but yes you need to get it working and get some registered user and a new layout
