i havent spent a penny on habbo, and im worth 100t odd :-)
(took 2 years tho)
basically, you dont need to buy creds.
It's probably a glitch on Habbo's behalf. Something to do with the dramatic drop in value of the pound or something. They're not going to 'scam' you on purpose.
Don't buy credits then :), You can earn furni other ways.
I don't mind buying them.
Ya but i says its £3 for BT
so it could be more for others
When it quotes a cost for a phone call 9/10 it is from a BT landline, Never call 08 or 09 from a mobile you will be charged over the odds (unless its an 0800 number then dial 020 02220900 and follow the prompts).
It is a scam not on habbos behalf but on part of the telephone operators, That number won't be directly operated by Saluke it will be operated on their behalf. If you have been kept on more than the time they quote or been charged more for a call than quoted from a BT landline, then complain to PayPhonePlus the regulator of such numbers, I've never rang one of these services, but I believe they do sell you stuff (or try to) before putting you through to the sales system. I have even heard stories of these numbers telling you the weather and other pointless info just to keep you on the line.
If you really want to buy credits and think habbo are getting one over on you then quite frankly you don't understand business, but hey to get one back, use a credit or debit card as habbo will be charged an interchange fee and a processing fee by their merchant service provider, making the cash you pay them become less.
nope, no i am not.
If you don't like the prices on habbo then you don't need to buy it or play it. Its like going to a shop - if you don't like the price of an item in the shop then don't buy it, no one is forcing you to buy it.
how lame is this?
is it because you can't get that candy bed you always wanted :(
