What?! They hardly do anything most of the major technical glitches are handled by the host im sure, its just a vbulletin forum and joomla not that hard to upkeep I doubt many things go wrong weekly let alone daily.

They actually do a lot.

We are our own host ;). Jin fixes all the errors ect. You may think its easy but you have to remember how much traffic gets. habbox

So habbox has a unmanaged dedicated server somewere in the USA, total bullocks, your server is managed so there is no need for Jin except only to fix minor errors, and god help you if its unmanaged.
