Construction is a cheap one. Runecraft is pretty easy as well I think.

Ranging .
With red chins.

Thieving can be fast using Pyramid Plunder or blackjacking bandits.

If you quit at 56 fm then dont bother going for 99 just yet....

Agility is pretty quick to get to 99 tbh.

Theiving, FM, Fletching.

Fletching no so much anymore because the newer update takes the Mick.
