I did see someone have their life jacket on...
A bird disabled two engines apparently. Its floating on the water as it had air in. It would slowly sink like how the car has. If its a deep river then it will all go under. The water must be freezing :/.Quote:

Yeah, New York is freezing at this time of year. It seems the boats and emergency services were pretty quick. Pilots seem to do a good job on a water ditch, as it could of been worse if it damaged the main body of the plane and say snapped in two or something.

im sorry, but i just have to laugh at sky news atm. The FAA guy came on said 'i can confirm, that the flight 1549 was involved in an accident'
