There's different criteria.

From being registered to active. No-one knows all the criteria exactly.
First there's also other blue rares and furni :P

Yeah that's what UK are giving out.

I think the Sky Blue Dragon got given out to a few people during the Pixel Maze competition. I think the 3 top teams won a dragon... I'm not too sure though.

Hmm don't you think this is tight in a way? Like Sky Dragons are what? 7T and there being handed out for free?
