A Windows program is an exe and will not run on a Mac.
If you are referring to a program that is available multi-platform, then ofcourse it will work.
Mac alternatives of Windows-only programs are available.

I think you are confusing mac with linux, mac doesnt get all alternatives.

I never said it did. I said IF theres not the program you want there will be an alternative. I aint getting confused.

He doesn't mean a mac version of the same program, he means a program on mac that does the same thing

You can get a MacBook Pro now and pay 50 pound a month until it's paid off.
