I know how you feel, back in March 2007 I got banned for the same thing.

Frankly, he wasn't moaning he couldn't get on it, more to the point as to why he was banned. It's far from personal information, and would in no form help to indentify an individual, so why a MOD felt the need to ban him I do not know.
