Don't go to the doctors, it isn't like you've got a STD they'll just give you the same advice everyone here is giving you, if you're going to choke the chicken don't kill it!

Because you might of just've broken your "banjo string". When you're first "created" as a boy, it's not there but within a few months it's when your head and your foreskin merge together and join.
When you begin sexual activity it breaks normally... can take a few years though. It hurts lol. And i've known guys that have been goin' at it so ferociously theres bled.

It's a natural part of growing up.
