Scott I just unblocked you on msn for the sole purpose of explaining your ban and the conditions it once held, if you're still going to pretend you're in the dark over the matter just because you have an audience viewing then do so, but you know why you're banned.
Anyway i've recorded your olympic speed reloading times on video and it's been sent to nvr, wonder if he'll suspect an auto reloader too.

Because i can click fastly doesn't mean i use an auto reloader, i'm good at falling furni by your conclusion i MUST be using some sort of scripting program to sit aswell, i'm good at quizes i must use some program to google results and instantly reply eh? NO.

At the top bit i've been told different things, you tell me i get 1 week ban, nvr tells me i get perm ban? who do i beleive? its two completely different replies so which am i meant to go with? you tell me.

again I just explained this to you earlier on msn scott, pm me if you're still unclear.

and actually you have before admitted to using the programme. I asked you to record yourself coming in quickly to prove how hard it is to kick you and your response was something along the lines of "i cant record myself using a third party room reloader" infact I may still have these chat logs on msn :)

That's not a lame excuse at all. People were complaining just a second ago that she was "afk" once again, yet she had to respond to your complaints. How can you expect her to do both?

She can easily look and move every 5 mins? doesnt' take ages to sort a complaint

It's pretty obvious that you do use the software, with habbo adverts and general lag its hard to reload a room within a second or two.

I get on great with nearly all the habbox help desk staff, but i do not agree with some of there rules for instance they have two stickies a temporarily banned and a Permanent banned stickie, i do not understand why they have the Permanent banned stickie as those who go on it get unbanned in less than a week, there are a few people i have seen on this stickie several times, but like i said after a week or so they get unbanned, i do understand people deserve a secound chance, but thats what i mean some people who get unbanned still dont seem to improve their behaviour would it not be more sufficient and professional to change the permanent banned sticker to temporarily banned, i know then this would mean they would have two temporarily banned stickie's but at least it would make perfect sence.


As far as i am aware Permanent means

continuing or enduring without marked change in status or condition or place, if someone is permanently banned they should not be unbanned and if they are on that sticker im assuming they commited a serious offence.

Who has been unbanned in less than a week?
If people are perm banned and after a while of not coming in they do the mature thing and appeal against their ban they may receive a second chance.
