Go out with J, and when H comes single, make her chase you. Otherwise she will take you for a ride and think your easy.

I think you need to think about who you actually like the most and sum it up that way, and not in a respect of just getting one of them. By bringing it down to having one or the other you are complicating the situation and playing on emotions! That's when it goes bad for one or the other.

You need to think about it within yourself and decide who you like and play it by there. Above that i would say give it a go with H if you are confident with how much you like her and that if you where to get into a relationship and J becomes single it will be bad to start having mixed feelings. So think about what you want most.
