Just because you wont lend me the money I require that doesn't mean other members will not... They may be more inclined to do so than you are.

He could always give 14 rep, it isn't impossible, he just reps you every 3 weeks say..

He couldnt, They have to be off your rep list for you to be able to rep them,

And hes got 0 Rep so he will need to get 50 posts first
