In what way? So she spread the smallest-big thing to a couple of people in Ipswich whom probably haven't caught it and won't die from it, that's a catatrophe? I think he means no-one has dropped dead in the UK, the US or any other country other than Mexico. The only one that died in the US strangely came from Mexico to Texas to be cured, but that does not count for obvious reasons.
