wips = work in progress, they're various stages & steps of your work that only the person who really made the alt would have saved :)

Some things are out of proportion, its not esactly hard to alter them, i could probably make it look 10 times better in less than 3 minutes

you have no way of knowing that, this person has just started out I bet you weren't the best when you started.. If you are into graphics that is, I don't know... just like you don't know about this persons future.
I think the coloured image is cute but if you're going to complete it, try not to use that bright teal colour xD
