If it was a bunch of scallys I would ask, probably. Again, depending on size and age :D

I always get the bus and train and I would give my seat up on the bus but not the train, dno why. On the train today there were old people (50+) around me standing whilst me and my friend had a seat.
Me too, depends on my mood though. If I'm in a good mood (nah I mean srsly good mood) I'll give up my seat but if I'm in a bad mood I won't. If I suffer I make sure everyone else does too :eusa_ange
I never go on long journeys anyway so I'd tolerate it just so I don't cause any problems, if I'm on a long journey into town or whatever I'll be with a group of friends so we'll probably be the ones making the noise :D If someone was to tell me to be quiet in this situation it'd spur me on to put my music up louder or be even ruder to annoy them but that's just me :eusa_danc
I took Jake's advice and just got arrested for throwing some tena lady
at a old lady who drove over my foot with her invalid scooter. :P
Lol. :P When I was waiting to go into a science lesson a mentally disabled kid drove over my foot in his electric wheelchair. I didn't say anything because like I said he suffers from some kind of mental disease. He clearly didn't mean to do it but it does make me wonder if he's fit to navigate through a thin corridor on his own.
I always hate getting the bus home from my work when the schools have just come out. They are always rude and play their music up high even though the driver threatened to throw them off the bus.
So far I haven't had to give up my seat but I know what Velvet means about mothers with buggies being annoying. Someone tried to bring their buggy on that was up even though we already had 2 buggies and a wheelchair up :l
And its annoying when your waiting for the bus for ages, then someone comes along and just walks infront of you and gets onto the bus.
Also on quite a busy bus back from the nature centre :P
I was sitting by this random man and no-one gave there seats up to this old lady, she walked and stood by us and the man went to me "Get up and give the lady your seat"
Fair enougth I could of gave her my seat but what was the problem with him getting up ans giving her his seat?
I think its worse when I'm on an empty bus and a weird old man gets on and decides to sit next to me and traps me up against the window instead of one of 50 other empty seats :P
I hate public transport full stop to be honest purely for the thread starters reasons.. I mean even on planes... EasyJet don't allocate seats so its a bit like a bus or train where you have to choose your seats once your on the plane so sometimes you are seperated.. anyway usally they allow groups with children below the age of five on the plane first.. erm well what annoys me is how its not only the children and mum and dad... usally its the children, mum, dad, teenage brother, auntie marge, uncle bob, grandma betty, grandad joe, cousin Brian etc etc lol
Because of this last time my family paid for 'speedy boarding' meaning we get to go on the plane even before the people with kids under 5 years of age... well as soon as they announced speedy boarders all of the mums with buggys used their buggys as battering rams we had to fight our way to the front and my mum nearly ended up punching a woman for telling everyone speedy boarders don't pay any extra and we were the ones being rude for pushing lol :8
