Stop being a *****, and ask the girl out they aren't some kind of different species.

Just tell her straight- girls find that really sweet. And plus, girls think it's really cute if you get embarrassed or make a mistake (we're wierd like that).
If your friend annoys you again just give him a slap or tell him to shut up- works every time.
