anyway, it's nothing to be embarrassed about loads of people get scared and freaked out after and during watching such movies :8 you're not alone boy... or are you mwahaha. i'm easily amused.
lmao that film is so awesome! :D
ermm yeah just look hard into a mirror, you'll get over the fear :)
Not at all embarrassing - infact, I would say it happens to almost everyone at least once in their life.
When I was little and watched The Ring it left me with the same feeling, thinking about my TV was going to turn on or something silly as such. Apparently I once fell asleep with my light and TV on, yet I always turn my light off and I can never sleep infront of the TV, so that left me feeling a little...strange.
Like others have said, at 2am or whenever, I'll go to the bathroom, to find myself staring down the stairs whilst doing my teeth...it's more of a physcological problem, especially when you hear random noises throughout the night.
Meh, as I said, it's nothing to be embarrassed about, at all. It happens to everyone, and inside it becomes a physcological battle to realise that it isnt at all true.
half the time its not the movie what scares you, its your own brain lol.
Just as Ouija boards are real, mirrors are too. Mirrors are a gateway into the alternate parallel world--or what people would call the spirit world. Since it is a reflection of our own world--etc. Mirrors are something you wouldn't want to really *REMOVED* with, since something could happen. Like the report of that one venetian mirror that was said to claim the lives of those who had it, since the owners died mysteriously in the same room as the mirror.
Call it psychological nurture, but it's pretty real.
Just stare into a mirror at night with a dogs eyelash on your eye, you'll see.

I watched that film last week.
Was alright like but pretty stupid. But it did give me the feeling like my reflection was going to stay there lmao. I've always found mirrors creepy anyway.
I'm usually fine and have forgotten about it the next day.
