Maybe you could look on ebay? Sometimes you can get some quite good deals on there as long as you don't mind it being slightly burnt out :P

4870? With budget PCs I tend to get a fairly cheap case.
I'm not clued up on model numbers, it just stands to reason that if you save a couple of quid on parts that you can go cheap on, you can put it towards improving other parts :)Quote:

Not exactly, gaming PCs are computers designed to run games at near-to-top-spec - thus the reason they're gaming computers. They're not designed to be top-spec for the sake of it, otherwise they're just impressive, super computers (or whatever the wording is, too tired :P).Quote:

And I'll answer my own question, Tescos did once sell Mesh computers and they are very good for quite a good price :) The only downfall is that Mesh have terrible customer service, but people very rarely use customer services/help centres so no biggy :P
