Blue is horrible. I can deal with rare but prefer medium rare but blue steak is just horrible I say. Maybe it was just that particular steak but I'm just not so kean on blue steak.

Having your steak well done spoils the flavour.
I like mine medium rare.

I love the juice and the blood you get with a blue / rare steak. It just has so much more flavour. It tastes much better, it's just most people can't stomach it.

Normally have it Medium or Medium-well. :D Not had a streak for a while though. :(

Blue, completely raw - its unreasonably tasty.
