Well if you want to be fancyish you can use a mixer. The easiest thing to do is plug it in and use it. You tend to learn most of it after you get a bit of experience with using it :)

1) No you cannot get more than two decks
2) You can change the settings of how fast the song changes by using "DJ Control"
3) I run it all on the one screen i have my main priority's on desktop A such as Deck A, Deck B, DJ Control, Playlist, Queue, Voice FX, History, Sound Fx and most importantly Encoders. Everything else goes in a different window as i don't really need it.
