To be honest glitches/errors/bugs all mean the same thing (Well, they all have VERY slight differences), I should know - I've worked as an IT Techy for all my working life, would be imbarrasing not to know what such common computer-related words meant :P.

a error is a term used for something that the game makers detect and send the error warning (e.g. error 1001 on battlefield heroes informs the user that the internet connection could not be reached) and a bug is something that is their but useful to neither maker or user.
