Thats rubbish. If he does not have a verified PayPal then you CANNOT buy off runescape.

funny how i bought membership without being verified? :)

EDIT: tbh people vouched for him etc so ill take back scam note but just saying that you can buy membership via paypal and you dont have to be verified ;]

Fair enough! Basically when somene asked for pins a few months ago, I said it will be a scam since he could get one himself and got about six -rep's saying 'Noob' :P SO i assumed you couldn't xD

You use to not be able to buy with unverifed im pretty sure,
and he might be buying off someone for paypal to get a better deal then buying it off the site?

Not rly alot of people get free pins or need to get rid of them fast so you never no

Please provide the reason for you paying double the paypal price for one pin? Just buy them yourself?
