uhm lol, your spreadsheet suggests that a 14:00 while 20:30 shift = 6:30 hrs and a pay of £2.19 at £8.07 an hr :/

Well it was a free request and he's done most of the work so it's better than nothing :P Google it and see if you can work it out for yourself
really cannot be bothered, which is why i asked. And yes its better than nothing, but it's still entirely usless
