I only got into South Park when I was about 17 and watched every episode on SouthParkZone until that was closed or whatever happened to it. So I've only seen up to the first few episodes of the latest season.

Butters can be seen clearly and Tweak is sitting with his face away from us. so that only leaves Kenny.
Yes sir! That's Kenny with the blond hair and baseball cap. One of the rare times you kinda get to see his full face.
