i got a email from the tab person around 2 weeks ago concerning my account and he/she helped me pretty well :D
both SukiClever and tabialthea are new player support, they aren't made up lol.
Suki will probs answer the phone if you were to call the habbo offices!
and yeah tabialthea used to be a mod on habbo.com she was MOD-tabialthea
