What's with the wireless craze? Hard wired ethernet is much better. I'd much rather 100Mbps ethernet than wireless N even.
I want my desktop hardwired, but I don't think it's going to be possibe due to laying the cable etc.

Hmmm, you've got a point... The printer is sitting right next to the router and it could happily get plugged in, and if I wanted to put effort into it, I could put a cable from here to downstairs seeing as I'm right above the router :P
Is a wired connection generally better than a wireless one in terms of internet? Ethernet and networking isn't too big a deal in this household.
