I will get Matt to give us Mods a clarification of the rule, and how it should be implemented within that thread. It's kinda different in relation to a normal thread, as the "talking about the pictures" aspect allows conversation to take place, but there is a certain place where it gets beyond the picture and then "off topic".
If you report any posts of me rulebreaking to Jin Im sure he will deal with them, just like when I was staff AGM I dealt with post reports regarding admins and all other staff. Its just it might take a while longer for them to get dealt with as Jin has a lot on his plate.
Yeah, it is made clear so I made 100% sure I didn't fall foul of the rules in that thread and I didn't, yet I still got a user note which was 100% random. I have forwarded it to a Super Moderator for it to be removed anyway. Joe, if yours is the same then you should do so too.
@ sam; The thing is, they don't really break the rules. They are more pointless than mine yet still just OK because it's a discussion about an image someone posted, it just moved on from the image. It's hardly worth bothering any body about because nothing would be done in the end. It's just annoying when moderators don't even know the rules.
How do you know Yoshi is getting away with it :S You are just presuming it. How do you know he hasnt been reported to MattGarner? If you are so bloody annoyed about a PM / usernote / infraction, forward it to a Super Moderator to look into it, and if it really is unfair, it will get reversed. What the hell is the point in this thread :s Trying to cause arguments? :rolleyes:

Luckily not everyone moans everytime they get warned, or we would have 100 threads in here everyday. Its pathethic. Crying over a little warning. Like I said, if its unfair, it will get reversed. Making a scene doesn't help.
