I've never had one either, yet one of my friends gets them from anything really often.

i'm sure i had one from being hit in the nose by someone/something once. can't remember what.....................

yeah lol some people are dead ul and get them ALL THE TIME

I had a nose bleed the other day for the first time in my life, I was like omgz! o.O luckily I knew the procedure as many of my mates suffer from nose bleeds lol

DO NOT TILT YOUR HEAD BACK. You need to hold the soft part of your nose and lean forward. Then wait 5minutes. Then check to see if the nose is still bleeding. If still bleeding repeat with holding the nose. After following all steps and the nose is still bleeding contact your local GP or hospital.

If you tilt your head back, the blood may go into the brain and cause SERIOUS problems and CAN kill you.
