I wouldn't worry about it - you have a great deal of time to worry about 'love'. It seems that your feelings are of attraction so puberty could be kicking in but just be good friends for now and see what happens. =]

You're 10 years old; fact is, it wont be love.
You shouldn't be worrying about falling in love or as a matter of fact; anything at your age.
Your still in primary school, all you need to worry about is Sats and the 11+ (if they still do them) not falling in love and knowing what it feels like.

At that age its more like a crush, and you should really just start speaking to her, invite her to your house etc. and just slowly start a really nice friendship with her.
