Because it runs Windows? ;/ I joke ofc. :) The design of it looks very odd and crappy.

I'm guessing no-one read the bit of text underneath about being able to use it underwater as well as putting up a shelf? Things that can do that tend to be a bit bulky and displeasing on the eyes, just look at waterproof watches for example :P
