Use a youtube vid to get intel. Some of the places they put the intel is crazy, you'd never find it if you didnt watch the video.

Nope, I did regular without doing any others or collecting intel and it was 50%

They probably really random then like vet = 82.5% or something I dunno, google it I guess.
