Hmm why does the office, staff and spell have capital letters. They're not at the start of the sentence and they're not exactly important words or someones name... hypocrite.

Yes and I guess you should also make sure your grammar is correct before correcting others, I'm sure "Hmm why does the office, staff and spell have capital letters." should end with a question mark, not a full stop. :)
