I eat what i want but i watch the junk food a little these days.
I try and keep a balanced diet lol :P Well I eat mostly fruit.
Not really tbh, i just try not to eat to much funk food lol I normally eat fruit anyways.
I watch what I eat a certain amount of the time and then just binge out for a little while to keep my metabolism going - if you just starve then your body gets wise to it and you hit plateaus
I don't but I avoid junk food and fast food

Yeah.... to make sure I'm eating enough calories.. normally in the region of 3500 :D
i just eat what i have really and ive never been overweight, infact i was underweight until recently. now im just normal
