Yeah but only if it's really subtle, I hate really really defined muscles. Ugh.
A six pack is really nice, so are arm muscles as long as the guy doesn't go out of his way to show them off, or is obsessed with keeping and building on them.

If it's like proper over the top obsessed body building muscles then no but I like 6 packs and arm muscles though ;)
I would prefer them slim or toned, but muscles are fine.
