I've always read before I go to sleep, just winds you down after the day :) Currently reading Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck!
Yeah, I'd just chill for about 30mins - 45mins before bed with a new relaxing bath prior to that!
I usually read and/or listen to music
or just go on my laptop till I drop dead on top of it :P
if i cant sleep at first normally i just 'try harder' lols
if not then ill read for a bit :)
Don't eat within 2 hours before sleep, don't exercise, chill out, no caffeine, don't drink too much.
All should help you sleep better!
Apparently hot milk helps you sleep. The warmth and the tryptophan released both make you relaxed :)
If I can't sleep I'll just stay in bed and think of random stuff.
