It depends what school you go to, if it's just normal not really too strict or anything then you can get away with trainers as long as they aren't bright. I know when I was going into year 7 I was like you and got proper shoes, well everyone wore proper shoes in year 7/8 but then the teachers just get lazy and you realise that you can come into school with dark coloured trainers and the teachers just won't mind. Through years 8/9/10 I have worn black laced lacoste trainers, some black k-swiss and some adidas black/gold, I'd say about 50% of the boys wear dark coloured trainers now. Good luck with your new school and don't let anyone on here convince you to wear trainers or you'll just be the odd one out. :PQuote:
