Pretty dang accurate, although the only thing you could work is the texture of the actual dress. But other than that really good.

Loving the eyes and the mouth! Maybe if her outfit was just a bit lighter it would be perfect, its stunning anyway. +rep.

I'd say it looks good. But you might want to work on the texture and shading of the dress.

I know about the texture of the dress i tryed to do it and gave up because it didn't look right but i will try and get the texture right :P

Tbh the dress wouldn't be that hard I don't think, you'd just need to be sure on your light source and create a bunch of squares using those and having it shine.
Another thing, how does one arm stick out further than the other? :S

Tbh by avoiding her dress altogether you'd having been better off basing your alt on a different pic.

EDIT: for the new one, the arms look better placed except the left one seems a bit too hard when it comes to the turning of the arm. I think you got the basic idea of the dress but some bits need to be alot lighter

Oh also the black shadowing on the legs aren't needed, the only reason you saw it on gaga is cos of the angle.
