Who is your favourite author?

I have a two, J.K Rowling and Cornelia Funke.

I think Garth Nix is an amazing author. His Old Kingdom trilogy is just fantastic.

Is anyone going to say Stephanie Meyer?

im a really heavy reader, but i dont think i really have a favorite author cause i read all sorts of things, mostly non-fiction. but ill say;

dead authors: upton sinclair or kurt vonnegut
still living: chuck klosterman or malcom gladwell

Harry Potter FTW

JK Rowling, I normally just read a book once but I've read Harry Potter loads of times! :)

But there are a few others like James Patterson, Roald Dahl and Phillip Pullman (I think that's his name - the Dark Materials triology anyway with Lyra) I like too. :D

James Patterson is my favourite probably, but there are other authors where one book has stood out for me.

I really like charlaine harris, the author of the true blood books :D
