Her boyfriend was asleep - it's morning here. If staff weren't helping and you have a screenshot it will be addressed.
This has already been discussed and will not be happening, sorry :P

Just to let you know, Habbox isn't a scam site and Habbox doesn't give out any viruses at all. It has been discussed previously as I can remember that some of the users who don't hav very good protection on there pc so they get hacked and get sent a virus link through PM. It is not Habboxs fault that some users click the link and get a virus and so on and so on. That is just a reminder btw!
Also, I have seen this happen before but I am sure now that you pointed it out that they will get it sorted!
Yeah, Jen mentioned this in the 'lounge or hxhd' thread months back and I agreed then and I agree now. You'd think if they were all logging hours spent in the desk (on that script thing) that they'd help when someone asked for it. :)
You hired people who don't know how to say 'Yes, how may I help you?' If they didn't know the answer, fair enough but ignoring someone?
We hired people who are still learning - I've just been told that the user in this situation was infact helped and even said thanks afterwards. Of course there's no way of knowing as to whether or not this is true unless someone's snagged a screenshot.
I'd also like to point out that we help most everyone who does want help, and the help asking percentage of our visitors is actually surprisingly larger than what you might expect. The other week we had a weekly staff task to help atleast five people. Every staffmember (14 at the time) completed the task that week. That means the minimum amount of Habbo users helped was 70:P
It was probably a set up anyway. :)
not happy about habbox managers slagging other fansites off
If staff members are lacking in knowledge perhaps do what I did when I was HxHD Manager and give them some re-cap sessions on safety informatione etc
