Yes well some people may of stuffed up or done something wrong in the applications, this is going a bit off-topic as it's meant to be about hiring International Staff not about applications but...
Spelling and Knowledge of Habbo & General technology/computing is needed. Alot of people actually have this but they just don't know how to explain themselves in the applications (which is what I faced), maybe the HxHD Managers should do international & UK Applications seperately (maybe not, maybe getting to complicated)
Your evidence? Just because staff were not in the desk on a sunday... When there are many distractions 1 being sunday is a "family day" and sunday as being the "rest day". I myself as staff do try and be as active as possible but just because a Staff Member wasn't in HxHD at 10 past 8 in the morning doesn't mean HxHD is "deteriorating"
Yes, HxHD could do with some improvements here and there but on a whole the department is fine... Yes, They could have two seperate applications and i think if this was tested maybe next time the apps open then we could see if there is any point carrying it on... Obviously seeing as there is no/limited International staff is because not many have been applying... Dave and Shar only want the best for HxHD and wouldn't purposely not hire International Staff...
I am not just talking about today, the HxHD has been going downhill for a while. I've been hoping it can be picked back up when all the new Trialists settle in.
I understand that it's family day & rest day but there should surely be at least one person at the help desk. I also know that you are extremely active, I always see you at the help desk and I hope you keep it up!
You are one of the people the HxHD needs.

I can safely say that out of the 70 or so applications we have received only 2 applications were international.
Surely cannot hire international staff if they do not apply? Furthermore, applications were open for over 1 week, thus everyone has the opportunity to apply.
When hiring staff we must look at the quality of the application. We would be more than happy to open applications directed to internationals only and see how that goes.
