I play basketball at school + train hard once a week after school.

Just fit in the gym late evening on a few school nights with a mate and usually on sunday evening too. You just gotta make the time, get the work done at school and having a late bed time is key.
-
I walk to the chippy from school.
-
I walk to/from college and go to the gym in my spare time (:
I also dance so yeah..;P
-
I walk up to school, shuffle about a bit between lessons then walk home.
If i ever go out i just sit in somebodies house or sit in town.
I do barely any exercise whatsover, but i am a perfect weight. Lucky i guess.

With my current occupation, exercise is required. I typically run several miles every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
-
i walk 30mins to and back to skl instead of the bus ect
and go up about 16 stacks of stairs everyday at skl

i fit my schedule around exercise no joke
stop using excuses like you have to study and **** when you stay in bed till 1pm, you'll never get anything done. get your exercise and studying done early in the morning on saturday & sunday, it's only a few hours a day.... plus studying for ages loses your concentration. so idk study 1 hour, exercise 1, study 1, exercise 1?
my days are so long, up at 6am home at 7pm on mon, wed&fri. i have loads of home study aswell but i jog 8 miles (yeh jog i can't run n idc if 8 miles isn't much) on tue+thursday. plus gym on saturday + dancing sunday. there's always time and if there's not then make some, you only need 7-8 hours sleep (i get 6 or 7 but whatever) which gives you 16 hours for yourself. you only need like what 30mins-1 hour a day of exercise surely it's not that hard?
