Well, since I added my Dell to the mix, I've found it easier to work with 2 monitors. Especially seeing as the maximum res I use is 1280x1024 on each screen. Heck I only get to 1366x768 if I'm on the laptop.

Top marks for reading comprehension. That study says that a bigger monitor is more productive than one smaller one - that's pretty much common sense - not what you said, "1 big monitor is better than 2 smaller screen". 2 smaller monitors are better than one not so big (24" isnt that big) any day.
Reading the whole thing is key to comprehension. Picking out facts and manipulating them to fit your argument isn't really credible is it?
