How often do you +rep/-rep?

+rep on a Daily basis,

-rep if i just disagree with that person all together.

Don't go out of my way to give +rep but if I see a post that I feel is worth it I do. Very,very rarely -rep anybody.

I +rep posts that make me laugh, or ones I think are very worthy of it. I almost never -rep, but I do if I feel someone is being out of line. So +rep I'd say about once a week on average, -rep probably once every 3 months.

Also nice to see the little green box is doing it's job!

i -rep quite a lot but i always seem them post in the -rep removal thread, frustrating.
i +rep for funny posts

When I see a post worthy of my +/- rep. Which is very rare.

I barely ever -rep, and ill +rep if i see a good comment, helpful post, or something funny
so depends how often stuff like that pops up
