just do something to get your mind off it;
play video games, watch a movie, hang out with your good friends
Soemtimes things are hard to get over but sometimes we have to move on.
Try keep your mind off things and do stuff with your friends that you enjoy :)
Realise that you've got **** pretty easy and the fact that a girl is your worst problem (especially at ur age) makes you the luckiest man alive.

Answer me honestly here though, when you were 11, did you think that person was "The one"?
No because i was never deluded
I always thought logically, and at the time of meeting said girl (i think i was about 11 when i realised i really really liked her), i never thought of her as "the one" but i had, and still do have strong feelings for her. Just not exactly in that way anymore.
